Fried Rice is a delicious dinner dish from China, fried rice is made with vegetables and chicken/meat with jasmine rice, a type of glutinous rice with salt, soy sauce, vegetables, and meat, but no added spices.

But when it moved to India, it underwent a lot of alterations to accommodate the locals’ preferences. Paneer fried rice has undergone several changes, including the substitution of basmati rice or plain rice for jasmine rice and the addition of spices such as chilli powder and cumin powder. The popular Indian dish paneer is served with fried rice.

Some Suggestions for Making Delectable Paneer Fried Rice

  • Basmati rice has a stronger flavor and fragrance than other types of rice.
  • Instead of cooking the rice completely, boil it to 90%.
  • Drain the water from the rice and spread it out on a plate to cool completely. It is best to use cold rice for fried rice because hot rice may cause it to break.
  • Do not overcook the vegetables because they should be cooked without losing their crunchy texture.
  • You can make vegetable fried rice without paneer in the same way.
  • Marinade the paneer for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
  • Fry the paneer on low heat.
  • Freshly ground pepper is ideal because it adds flavor and aroma.
